I forgot to make a thread for this after its localization was confirmed a while ago... So here it is! Coming to NA and your 3DS sometime in 2013, the first new Fire Emblem game since Radiant Dawn. yes Marth and Roy are in it lolAlso there was a beautiful bundle released in Japan so if you don't have a 3DS yet and want the game and this bundle comes out for NA you can get this! (I would totally get it if I didn't have a 3DS already why did I have to prepare myself in advance /sobs) I'm pretty hype but mostly just because the children/inheritance aspect from FE4 is being brought back to the franchise again. BABIES Also because you can recruit past FE characters through spotpass! LEVIN YOU'RE ALL MINE But why don't you come with Holsety?!Also I've already accidentally spoiled myself about masked Marth which makes me really sad but now what I want to know is WHY?! |

I wants the bundle... hopefully by that time I'll have gotten my Zelda DSlite fixed too XD I haven't really looked into any games lately 'cause don't have the money for them and there are a number of things I would like to get before I look at new stuff when I do have the funds (Like Golden Sun for the DS XD and a few others).

every time I look at ike's new art I can't stop laughing
I had to do a double take after seeing his sword arm and then realized it's not a sword arm but part of me still hopes it's a sword sticking out of his elbow because that's really funny
it made me laugh more than eirika's new art and sticking her in a wedding dress already made me laugh
why didn't everyone get badass dlc art like lyn and roy
also I already decided my MU is going to have her baby with gaia or henry

So where is this art that you're talking about? I love looking at the art done for the characters ^-^ Also do we have a date for said game/bundle? I do hope it's not too soon as I actually want to buy it... badly damn it sucks having no money D: And what is this spotpass? Or a better question, what website are you getting your info and then I can just go there and find out all the juicy details of this very awesome sounding new addition to FE. Gah.... Micaiah....  ew..... Sorry I probably would have liked her a little bit more if she wasn't such an annoying character on the battlefield. You shouldn't have to baby your lord equivalent! Soren was so much better in the mage department. |

I'm going to cryalso spoilers for fe4 I don't get why Alvis is a possible spotpass party member, pretty sure that if I have to recruit him while getting the rest of the fe4 members I'm just gonna throw him out unequipped into a mob of enemies and watch him get killed after the shit he pulled :/ |

Yeah I managed to find out that it's being released in 2013... yay Wikipedia but yeah... the artwork... especially for Ike... some are a bit... weird. Oh I also noticed one of the characters (I forgot if it was DLC or what looks like he's the son of Ike from how he was described. Cool! That should dissuade those Ike/Soren shippers >_>U |

I think Ike's apparent son is straight up playable in the base game if I'm remembering correctly?
and I dunno about that, canon unfortunately usually doesn't get in the way of those yaoi shippers

micaiah was my only lord who could never double anything
(she had 10 speed at 20/20/20 on one of my playthroughs lol)
even my hector could double one time, but that was during my playthrough where lyn's strength was rng screwed /sigh

The only reason she was able to kill anything really in my game was 'cause of Thani which was because it was made like Ike's first "special" sword in PoR and was made specifically to do extra damage to armored and mounted units. Soren on the other hand didn't need his tombs to be special to kill anything that he wanted (regardless whether he went to it or if a bunch of enemies try to gank him and fail horribly). Micaiah turned into a glorified healer which I had enough healers that could actually kill things (exception being Elincia 'cause of her Mercy ability which I used to help my lower level people, aka Edward who wasn't too bad once he caught up, to get killing blows).
Mind you, I DID like her character design, liked that she was a light mage ('cause I thought "Oh! They're bringing in monks and other times of magic other than the anima like in the earlier GBA games!"), she just fell flat on other aspects, she's one of those characters that I wish turned out differently.

Soren was so much better in the mage department. Not to mention, she's a god-awful Mary-sue character. Pun not intended. I definitely had to baby my Micaiah on all three play-throughs. She could kill things, but only with that one tome that had a special damage bonus for knights. She couldn't dodge or take damage worth crap. RD would have been a thousand times more enjoyable if she weren't in it. EDIT: lol, Shiori ninja'd me with similar points. |

Anna has been released as a DLC playable character if anyone has ever wanted to play as her
her starting class is Trickster which is a new class that thieves can promote to (they use swords and staves)
though of course you could reclass her
not sure how I feel about her art
