heh, i know we're getting a little more lighthearted now, but i just wanted to toss out my two cents, for whatever its worth Ari hit everything i was thinking spot on, except (unless i missed it) talking not only to your father, but mother. let HER also know what YOU'RE feeling, and it may sway her in a way... actually sway's not the best word... influence? sorry, im not good at this >.< what im trying to say is... put the chips on the table, figuratively speaking. let everything out to whomever may be involved, and once every little thought, emotion, and whatever else is out there for everyone (in this case, mother and father), THEN a proper decision could be made. ^ i hope that helped in some way shape or form. again, sorry, im not too great at advice... but always know i, no, WE are here for whatever problems life tosses your way anyways, whats SOA mean??? i no good at fire emblem speak (unless thats not even fire emblem...)

My mom talks to me about it a lot, Zelos, so I've told her how I feel. ;3 Thanks for the advice anyways, though.
So my dad asked my mom if he could go to Michigan and Minnesota. She just said she was indifferent about it now since she didn't feel like talking about it, but still, he asked her her opinion, right? At least that's getting better. I told her she should have told him no.

Why don't you try a different approach? Ask your dad to take you somewhere. :3

...I asked him to take me to GameStop once, and he said no. xD;;
^Irrelevant. >.>
He's usually gone all the time that I hardly get a chance to talk to him. He's either gone working or playing golf. @_@ I could write him a quick note, though.

Catch him when he comes home. Just blockade the door and refuse to let him in until he talks. XD;;

Out to dinner? The zoo? A theme park?

The zoo is like 50 miles away, and so is the nearest theme park. XD And my family rarely goes out to eat.
I'll tell him to take me to Kung-fu Panda when it comes out in theaters or something.
