Definitely a must-watch. Although for me, the experience of watching it reminded me that I watch way too much House.

Robert Downey Jr. and Jude Law made a great Holmes and Watson, respectively. They worked very well together, and it was an exciting plot.
It was funny when it needed to be, but it didn't overdo comedic relief.
The fight scenes were well choreographed and the "slow motion" preview was a nice touch.

Thoroughly enjoyed the movie, and as Busan said, the fight scenes are very well done. They're pulled off in a way that will satsify those that seek action as well as those that look for something thoughtful and creative, more along the lines of adventure. It was good, I recommend everybody to see it.
