You know, some people probably don't celebrate holidays at all, so it would be more correct to say "happy winter!"... Although, of course, it's not winter everywhere...So i guess you could say, "Happy!"

Although people may not celebrate it as such, they still recognize the new year. And even the lunar new year always occurs before March. |
