I remember once, Nepehenee criticaled and did 0 damage. It was frustrating but kind of amusing. Like Elincia owning a beast laguz with a staff amusing. And while it's possible for Tormod to train for endgame, it's probably easier to just get Sanaki to SS fire magic. All of these random forced characters really hurt the replay value of the game. =/

I'm honestly not enjoying this game as much as I've liked the others. >.> Other than the graphics [like how on the playing field, your character no longer runs in zigzags. XD They run in curves or decently straight lines.] and the lovely cut scenes... it's not turning out all that great. ESPECIALLY SINCE ALL MY OLD CHARACTERS FAIL.

Soren should not be fail. Boyd and Ike shouldn't be fail either.
It's not uncommon for Oscar to be fail though.
EDIT: I forgot Rolf >< Rolf is a god.

I didn't bother with Astrid, she was the worst CRK by the time I got her, she couldn't HIT anything. >_> I just didn't bother using her. Kieran is pretty good, on par with Geoffrey. I never bothered with Makalov because he was the second worst CRK. And I don't use laguz who aren't Naesala, Tibarn, Volug or a Heron so I wouldn't know.

um... Ranulf should not fail, I don't think anyway. I'm trying to remember my game... oh Haar definitely does not fail... not sure on the Pegasi people... just don't use Sigrun as much as the others. In my opinion, most of the Dawn Brigade kinda fails, but then again some of them probably just need to catch up in levels (I'm thinking that only Edward is decent though)

That's kind of what happened with me and Nolan. I heard a lot of good things about him and he LOOKED promising but he never got speed and got doubled a lot, combined with his defense which fails after 4 chapters. Then I got Aran who had slightly worse speed but a significantly better defense.  |

I never used healers in the game once my other magic users classed up.
Ranulf shouldn't fail. I supported him with Janny and they were fine on their own.
I never used laguz kings. I just used Janny, Ranulf, Volug, and a heron. :>

Aran's speed can be fixed through proper BEXP use. Even so, my Aran actually gained speed on his own for the most part, at some point he just sort of owned everything that attacked him. Mist is a decent healer I guess. Pretty useful for endgame but I found Elincia to be more useful. Healers are practical though. If you can get one of the herons, preferably Reyson or Rafiel to 40, they're good healers too. I usually have Micaiah and Soren attack though so I use a few fulltime healers. Especially at endgame 5, I had to heal everyone every single turn. >.> |

Man, my Leo was my number 2 guy in the end >.<
Anyway, Nephenee and Mia are both awesome for old chars. Zihark can be I'm sure, he jsut wasn't on mine >.< Ike is of course awesome. Oscar lacks strength really bad. Kieran can be decent though. Haar is awesome, and Jill was pretty awesome as well. Marcia can be as well, but you have to spend a lot of time leveling her up in the levels she's in cause she isn't around much before endgame.
