I've decided not to use Kurth and Ena. Laguz are by nature pretty useless with the exception of royals and herons.
I actually liked the one where you fight the Black Knight. I got almost everyone to 20/20/20 except Edward, Sanaki and the Laguz. Edward maxed out every stat except magic and resistance anyway. I didn't realize that it was a bad idea to move Ike, but I was stalling for time to level up.
Soren maxed out everything except speed. >_> It's so annoying seeing like a column of green stats but then in the middle there is that one white stat.

I dunno... I just think that speed is one of the most important things. It's all about doubling up on an opponents. Oh, and by the way, is it just me or does it seem like most of the units from PoR are slow in RD? Like, Ike for example-- he was one of my fastest characters in PoR and could double up on anyone. In RD... not so much. >.> It's the same with Soren and Mist and Oscar and a bunch of others. ...and ASTRID HAS THE CRAPPIEST STATS EVER WHEN I FIRST GOT HER. |

Well Geoffrey happened to have a speed wing which I used to complete Soren's green stats. And I finally beat RD tonight.(w00t!) That last chapter was less fun, and more, really really annoying. >_>
Reyson is the only laguz I got to 40, and Sanaki ended up being ok when i got her to 20.
My top 5 are
5. Haar(kind of regret not bringing him to endgame)
4. Soren
3. Boyd
2. Aran
1. Edward
Overall, it was a good game, it was fun for a while, but it kind of dragged on for all eternity. Especially at part 4 endgame, I felt like I was just obligated to beat the game as opposed to just enjoying the game. =/ Also I found Ike's ending really disappointing. >_> It just seems so..inadequate especially with those few lines about him in the end.
Glad Geoffrey and Elincia got married with their A support though. =D

Ari - I KNOW!!!!!! Except my Ike eventually got faster..don't worry. And my Oscar was fine..he was just so incredibly weak. -_- Definitely not using him next game..I think I'm gonna go for using Geoffrey. I was really disappointed with Astrid too..but I guess if you put enough time into her she could grow. Then again, I suppose that's true for any unit unless they have bad caps.
And yeah, I kinda felt that way about the ending too Busan. I get kinda antsy at the end of any game though to be honest, cause I'm really excited to see the end. And I know what you mean about Ike's. It was so...stupid.

Ike unlike Micaiah, gets speed(despite having the same speed growth rate >_>). Also, you can count on Soren to max out almost, if not every single stat as long as you don't spend too much BEXP on him after he promotes.
hm..*checks*
By the time I got units to 20/20/20 or 40 in Reyson's case, 13 out of 15 capped speed. The 2 who didn't were Sothe and Sanaki.

They better start speeding up. >.>; Right now, I think the only ones who guarantee me a double hit are Nephenee and my swordsmen. <.<; Hrm, maybe Tormod too.

Good luck getting Tormod useful by part 4 endgame. XD Nephenee doubled all the time for me, but she did like 1 HP damage to knights.  That's why I dropped her for Aran. |

My Nephenee maxed out strength and speed.  And everything else too except magic. And yeah, Tormod isn't available to train a lot, but I'm sure he's still possible to use in endgame. You probably just have to feed him BEXP but really, I think it's possible for any character to be trained for endgame. |
