Oh man it's so hilarious.
It's a satire about WWI and WWII. Each country gets a character to portray them and OH MAN ITALY IS SO HILARIOUS, BOTH NORTH AND SOUTH.
The episodes are only 5 minutes so it's a really quick watch.
Watch it now, history buffs. D<

I've been asked to watch it a lot but never got to it. Now that SAT IIs are out of the way, maybe.
EDIT: So I started watching it.

Germany is hilarious. :> I'm not sure if Italy or Japan is my favorite. England's pretty funny, too.
Are you watching the rips from the DVD? Because the quality on those are way better than the weekly releases.

Santa Finland showed up in episode 28, maybe the rest of the Nordics will come soon, ghaksdjf;kas
Also Seychelles is gonna be in Prussia's drama CD, maybe she'll come to the anime soon, too, hgkahsf;jadhgl;jkha

So I quick looked for episode 32 to see if it was uploaded yet.
And then I saw that little preview picture thing on youtube for it.
I thought it was Sweden and Sweden = Nordics = Norway and/or Iceland = oh my god yes
But it wasn't Sweden, it was only Germany with his hair down. OTL Rome is as amusing as usual, though.
