Vesperia has Yuri, Rita, and Raven going on.
Symphonia 2 has Emil and Decus.
I almost included Incarose but didn't. I also didn't include lots of the villains (oh my god there's like 20 of them I swear.)
Tales of Hearts, the marvelous game with amazing seiyuu, sweet story, and the funnest battle system I've played so far. <333
Voted for Hisui and Creed. A third vote might have gone to Innes or Cal.
