I thought it would be a good idea to have links to free graphics programs. I looked up GIMP, it's available here. I have no experience with that software so I can't really say anything about it. A program I personally use occasionally is Paint.NET which can be found here. I've had no problem with it as of yet, but I can't really compare it to anything else. Hope this isn't out of place.

GIMP is good, it's not as good as photoshop (cause I was on this graphics site where everyone used GIMP at first, then a bunch of people got photoshop and they were suddenly really good), but It's free and I use it.
I highly recomend you get it if you don't do any real graphics and you want to, cause that's what I was like and then I got it and now I make some stuff every once and a while. XD

Nope, this is perfectly fine. I'll even sticky it since it's rather useful. Thanks. ^-^

TheGIMP does the majority of things Photoshop does... it's just not nearly as elegant as PS is. With shoop all the buttons are laid out in front of you; with GIMP you have to do a lot more menucrawling.
If you can find a good manual somewhere, enjoy exploring arcane code, or know someone good with GIMP, it's definitely good software.
