They are! I suppose its the same with taekwando? Is stretching a regular part of practice for things like that too?

Totally but, in Taekwondo, it hurts anyway, regardless of how much stretching you do.

Haha, yeah I suppose it would. You probly have to be really flexible..to kick high and stuff. That's definitely not me.

Man, so would I! :S There's people at my school who can just do it without stretching beforehand or anything and all I'm thinking is like "Wow...that would so be a torn muscle if that was me. >.<
