Well being skinny and eating is nice. Yay metabolism?

It's just that the idea never dawned to me before. Being skinny and eating is nice. Yay healthy diet and exercise?

Well, metabolisms are really subjective to each and every body... it's possible that you can be perfectly athletic, healthy, etc and still be a bit on the chunkier side.

Good point. And actually, I ate healthy starting last year's cross country season, and it actually really kinda grosses me out now to eat fast food and other bad stuff. Try it out everyone

<3 Hills right? XD
My legs still burn from hill repeats a few days ago with my coach. It didn't help that it was just us two doing it either, so he was concentrating just on me. -_-

Hills. Bleh. I jogged again today, and I walked up the hill again. My legs are more sore now. >.>

The soreness will go away soon though. Stretching before/after helps tons too. The more you do it, the more it'll not burn as much XD

Yeah, I stretch afterwards but not before. I should try it.

You should. Do a warm up, stretch, run, stretch. It feels much better when you're actually running, plus for each 10 minutes you do of stretching beforehand, it adds a mile to your workout. (*exit my cross country coach*) I mean, its much easier to make your work out longer if you stretch.
