You're a Terminator!
Nerdy Explanation?: The "T" series, the "Terminator" series. It would send a T to the start of the movie, and then the T would chase them through the middle of the movie, and at the end of the movie would be when the T got sent to the beginning.... through the bend in time!
I win!

Tea!
Now my riddle:
A poor farmer went to the market to sell some peas and lentils. However, as he had only one sack and didn't want to mix peas and lentils, he poured in the peas first, tied the sack in the middle, and then filled the top portion of the sack with the lentils. At the market a rich innkeeper happened by with his own sack. He wanted to buy the peas, but he did not want the lentils.
Pouring the seed anywhere else but the sacks is considered soiling. Trading sacks is not allowed. The farmer can’t cut a hole in his sack.
How would you transfer the peas to the innkeeper’s sack, which he wants to keep, without soiling the produce?

Pour lentils into innkeeper's sack. Tie innkeeper's sack. Add peas above the tie in the innkeeper's sack. Cut hole in the innkeeper's sack, as the rules do not deny him this luxury. Dump lentils back into farmer's sack while peas remain nicely above the tie in the innkeeper's sack.
Am I right?

This works, but there's a way to do it without cutting the innkeeper's sack, and I think that's the answer we're looking for.

Or tie the innkeeper's sack vertically, pour the lentils into that half, the peas into the other, and then pour the lentils back owo

I was thinking something along the lines of pouring the lentils inside the innkeeper's sack, tying it off, then flipping the innkeeper's sack inside out and filling the other side with the peas. Then you just have to undo the tie and pour the lentils back into the merchants sack. Then you have a nice merchant's sack with some lentils and a nice innkeeper's sack (albeit inside out, thought it would be right if you just started with it inside out) with some peas.

Mo, you are so smart. o.o You figured it out. Except, as you mentioned at the end, you start with the bag inside out so it ends up all nice and right-side-out when you're finished. Good job! Your turn to pick a riddle!

Since Mo is MIA, I'll post another one:
You are one of 20 prisoners on death row with the execution date set for tomorrow. Your king is a ruthless man who likes to toy with his people's miseries. He comes to your cell today and tells you: “I’m gonna give you prisoners a chance to go free tomorrow. You will all stand in a row (queue) before the executioner and we will put a hat on your head, either a red or a black one. Of course you will not be able to see the color of your own hat; you will only be able to see the prisoners in front of you with their hats on; you will not be allowed to look back or communicate together in any way (talking, touching.....).
The prisoner in the back will be able to see the 19 prisoners in front of him. The one in front of him will be able to see 18…
Starting with the last person in the row, the one who can see everybody in front of him, he will be asked a simple question: WHAT IS THE COLOR OF YOUR HAT?
He will be only allowed to answer “BLACK” or “RED”. If he says anything else you will ALL be executed immediately.
If he guesses the right color of the hat on his head he is set free, otherwise he is put to death. And we move on to the one in front of him and ask him the same question and so on…
Well, good luck tomorrow, HA HA HA HA HA HA!”
Now since you all can communicate freely during the night, can you find a way to guarantee the freedom of some prisoners tomorrow? How many?

I can guarantee ten, by having the last prisoner recite the color of the 10th person, and then the 2nd to last prison reciting the color of the 9th person, and so on. That'll guarantee the safety of the 10 people in front. But that sucks if you're in the back >_<

Hmmmm... so far I know you can guarantee the safety of 13.
Assign a meaning to "Red" and "Black" Red means: the next two people have different colored hats Black means: the next two people have the same colored hats.
This lets the next two people in line know what color their hats are. If "red" is said, then the next person in line says the opposite color of the hat of person in front of him, and the person after that says the opposite of what the person behind him said. If "black" is said, then the next person in line says the color of the hat in front of him, and the person after him says the same.
This makes every third person a potential sacrifice to save the next two in line. The last sacrifice in line only has one person in front of him, and he will simply say the color of the hat the last person in line has. This guarantees that a minimum of 13 survive.
Still working on the possibility of a higher count of survival

Keep thinking. There's a way to save more than 13.
