Advent Children's graphics are very pretty. The music is also very pretty. Cloud's hair is very fwumpy. :3

I borrowed VII from my friend last week, and I was pretty hooked after just exploding the first facility.... then I discovered something very evil going on here...
The game, for whatever reason, fails to register the fact that I have a Memory Card D:

It's a LONG ass game, you need a memory card. D: I still say VII fails when compared to VI and IX though.  I kind of gave up on III, I got lost in some random cave and got owned by some sidequest boss last time I remember. |

i beat- I IV VI VII X X-2 (and i watched FF Advent Children, Spirits Within, and Unlimited, the anime series)
still working on- Tactics Advance, II, III, VIII, Crystal Cronichles, Crisis Core
and i love VII, im not one of those guys that goes nuts over the fact that Seph walked through fire, but still love it. i cant stand VIII though, but ill finish it one day for the heck of it.
and i gave up on III also, but i picked it back up one day and started a new game.

Yeah, thats what I thought too when I played the beginnings of 7 and 9. >.< I've retried them too, still doesn't quite catch on for me.

I have yet to finish an FF game... I have X mostly done. I want to do a few side-quests before I go after Sin.
I have III for the DS, and I'm pretty sure I'm in the final dungeon for it, I've just been job grinding >_<U Yes, I'm that sad.
I'm partway through VI that my friend lent me, I think the world is about to go kaput soon, but I'm magic grinding >_<U
I need to just go forward with those last two >_>U
I've heard good things about many of the FF games. I have a friend who actually doesn't like VII as much as the others. So far I really like X story and character development-wise. Yes there isn't any characters that I can glom on like in other games, but I've really enjoyed how they grew and the story as a whole.
And that might be the only post from me you'll get in this thread 'cause I don't want spoilers eep!

On the topic of battle systems, XII had my favorite one out of all the FFs. >.>;; I usually play FFs for the story. I started VII while in Taiwan, got to exploding the first reactor when the emu died.  Then I started FFVA over again, and Bartz looks just like Kain when he's a Dragoon class.  I got lost in the world map so many times, it's not even funny. |
