my favorite time of year! today was microsoft's press conference thingy, and the highlights-
- Mii-like things called Avatars. meh. - Improved dashboard functionality allowing parties to play games like 1 vs. 100 and Deal or No Deal together, plus watch movies and share pictures. - Showed demos of Fallout 3, Gears 2, Fable 2, Resident Evil 5 (online co-op for RE5 w00t), a singing game that i forgot the name of made by Microsoft (with a special performance by Duffy) - Announced Metallica's new album is coming for GH 3 and GH World Tour - Announced the full set list of Rock Band 2 (PARAMOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOORE YEAAAAAAA) -Talked about some Square Enix games - Oh yea, announced Final Fantasy 13 for 360. and because of that announcment i am literally shaking as i'm typing this.
w00t w00t tomorrow nintendo and sony press conference thingies I LOVE E3
edit- the singing game by microsoft is "Lips"

Nintendo better come out with some amazing stuff.
Cause as of right now almost all of the amazing games and sequels (except ToS2) are coming out on Xbox 360 and PS3. And i'm mad.

LOL P-Chan thats awesome. then u can introduce me to all your female friends ANYWAYS so Nintendo's press conference just ended. and here it goes... - Showed off Animal Crossing: City Folk for the Wii in which you can actually talk to people online with WiiSpeak. bout time -Showed off trailers for Star Wars The Clone Wars, Rayman Raving Rabbids 2, and Call of Duty World at War (all for Wii) -Announced GTA Chinatown Wars, Spore, Guitar Hero On Tour: Decades, and a new Pokemon Ranger game for the DS -Showed off the Wii MotionPlus which basically detects every little movement your arm makes. AND this Wii MotionPlus will be packaged with the new Wii Sports Resort game, a bunch of games that take place on the beach including frisbee with a dog and sword fighting. -Showed off Wii Music, which allows you to play the flute, violin, guitar, and drums with the Wii Remote and Nunchuck (and, for the drums, the Wii Balance Board). Miyamoto, with a few others, played the Super Mario theme during the conference. .... and that's pretty much it. No Legend of Zelda. No Kid Icarus. I personally think Microsoft destroyed Nintendo this E3. now we just gotta hear from Sony...

Miyamoto, with a few others, played the Super Mario theme during the conference. I'd like to add to this that there will be over 50 instruments to play in the finished build according to Nintendo.
