Come show off your creative juices 'cause you have to have 'em. Don't be brain dead like Ari; that's just being silleh. Anyway, here's the deal: Prompt: It is year 2011 [three years from now] and you want to invite your Tales friends to a get-together. Parental permission on anyone's part, time and traveling expenses are not issues [though please be appropriate. >.> I don't want to see anyone at the Playboy Mansion.]. Assuming that you have invited all of your Tales friends, what do you plan to do? Here are some things to keep in mind:
-although you do have some extra cash on your hands, you have to make plans so your get-together is affordable, which probably means that exploring the entire world or taking a rocket to Mars isn't possible.
-keep it somewhat realistic. I'll allow a bit of fantasy and magic because we're all fantasy nuts but I don't want money falling off of trees or talking jelly beans.
-you can write this as a story which includes all or several members or even as an essay-type piece where you simply describe what you're planning to do.
-entries are due on July 11th which ought to give you plenty of time.
-please don't make entries exceed one post length which is something like 60,000 characters if I remember correctly. I don't want to spend ages reading novels.
-all who enter will receive 50 coins to spend which there will be other prizes for the first place winner and any honorable mentions.
-be creative and good luck!

My entry! Full of mystery and intrigue.. ------------------------------------------------------------ Can become stressful but that. The hidden Tales conspiracy that had been slightly unveiled. What was the new Tales Admin trying to hide? The questions ran through Jukka's mind a million times as he made his way to the Tales Ranch....also known as Ari's room. Apparently, the closet had enough rooms so that each member coming to the gathering would each have his own mini-suite. This would give Jukka time to try and assemble clues he had gathered during the day into what could possibly be a solution to the riddle. Of course, he was excited to just socialize with the Tales Community in real life.
As he stepped into the Tales Ranch, he saw just what he expected - pure and utter chaos. Busan and Sleepy were busy shouting retorts at each other and running rampant around the room, usually attempting to hit each other with a heavy object they had found somewhere in the ranch. Kriv was busy showing Zelos, Moses, and Shiro a new game he had created at home, which was of course a fighting game. Zelos seemed to be paying more attention to his female companions however. Jukka heard a scream from the other side of the ranch, followed by several coke cans flying through the air, and knew that P-Chan had also made her way to the social gathering. Aleu was busy scribbling down ideas for a new roleplay, bound be something of epic proportions. A tap on the shoulder caused him to turn around.
Behind him stood Kalphin, who was also investigating the mysterious coded message. He pointed to the far side of the ranch, where Ari and Shiori sat alone at a table. Jukka turned to Kal.
"You think she's in on it too?" "Is that really a question?" "....Yes." "Well yes, obviously she's in on it." "Right, sorry."
Jukka and Kal made their way over to the table that the pair sat at, narrowly avoiding a screaming P-Chan as she saw that Aleu had hooked up SSBB to a TV on the other side of the room. As Jukka and Kal approached the table, Shiori hastly shuffled some papers in her bag and Ari put on a pleasant smile. They greeted each other and had some small talk, all the while Jukka and Kal picking up on nervous twitches and other tell tale signs. As the night went on, stories were shared, (many) games were played, much coke was drank, many people were hit with random flying objects, and many laughs were...well, laughed. The only sadness came from that the old admins, Genis and Kratos were sadly missing from the party. Ari's face seemed to blush as the two admins were brought up.
As the members one by one filed off to the closet (which actually lead to the hallway of suites), Jukka and Kal kept their eyes on Shiori and Ari. As they finally left the gaming area, one of the papers fell from Shiori's bag. The pair quickly went over and retrieved it. The paper said the same message, "Can become stressful but that", but in the corner scribbled in a small Ari-like font, were the words "Room Twenty-Seven." Jukka and Kal looked up in realization before sprinting to the closet to find room 27.
As the pair entered the hallway, they found that the rooms didn't have numbers. Instead, name plates were hung on the doors. Jukka and Kal carefully searched each door for signs of the number 27. Nothing came up. Frustrated and exhausted, Jukka thumped onto his door with his back and slid down into a sitting position against the door. There was nothing, no clues. Thud. And his name plate had fallen off the door and landed on his head. That was sure to bruise. Above him, Kal gasped. Where the nameplate had been was the number 27. Full of new life, the pair rushed into the room.
Inside was a hotel room pretty much. Ari's closet really was quite magical if it had the power to contain this many suites like this. They began frantically searching about. There was nothing out of the ordinary. A bed, a TV, the bathroom, the closet, a coffee maker, a sink, and a laptop. Typical hotel room. Jukka sighed. Perhaps they would never find out.
"Well..maybe someone posted something new on Tales!" Jukka excitedly hopped over to the laptop.
"....Everyone's here." "...Oh. Yeah." Jukka stopped trying to use the laptop. although it didn't seem to work anyway. "Stupid thing." Jukka hit the keys on the keyboard in frustration.
Invalid Entry.
Jukka gave the computer an odd look. "Did that just talk?" Kal rushed over with the piece of paper in hand. The laptop called for a 5 character password. Can Become Stressful But That. Kal punched in CBSBT.
Housing Unit Unlocked.
Housing Unit? They heard a mechanical noise behind them, and saw that the bed was lowering into the floor. They hopped on and rode the bed to the dungeon, where low and behold, the two admins were being kept prisoner.
Kal and Jukka freed the long lost admins, and brought them up to the ranch, waking everybody up. The true story that was revealed at the meeting follows:
Genis and Kratos, happy admins with the successful TalesRPG forum. Ari, a moderator. A power hungry moderator at that. She needed to become an admin to have the power she truly desired. So she came up with a plan. She was going to kidnap the admins. But she was in Arizona..she couldn't kidnap two Wisconites without help. And who else was closer...than P-Chan? P-Chan revealed that Ari had bribed her, and what else could P-Chan be bribed with, than coke? Ari promised to supply her with unlimited bottles of coke for life if she kidnapped the two admins. P-Chan would hold the prisoners until her and Ari were in the same place at the same time - Taiwan. The exchange was made there. P-Chan gave Ari the kidnapped admins, and Ari gave P-Chan all the coke she would ever need, although P-Chan kept rambling about wanting to meet someone named Haseo. But the deal was done.
Though Kratos and Genis were obviously bitter about the whole deal, Ari came forward and apologized for being power hungry. After Kratos and Genis were in a better mood after eating some food and playing some Tales of Symphonia, everyone giggled it off. Except P-Chan. She was still asking Ari to bring her to Haseo. The rest of the days at the Tales Ranch were peaceful and full of laughs, gaming, movies, randomness, hyperness, off topicness, and long lost admins.

I had way to much fun writing that. >.<
