Not most of the time... Though there are points at which it gets rather bloody. And violent in general. The blood doesn't come pouring out in floods that seem impossible, and there's not too much aside from blood, so that usually makes it easier to stomach. I guess it depends on what you consider too much though. *shrug* I think I'll have to check it out, then. It sounds like something I can handle. >.< |

How does Higurashi no Naku Koro Ni compare to Elfen Lied in terms of blood?

Based on clips I've seen of Elfen Lied, I'd say Higurashi has less. Or less all at once at least. There are plenty of scenes with blood, but the amounts are often small to moderate. *shrug* I haven't seen much of Elfen Lied.

I watched Elfen Lied. I expected more gore, from what everyone said.
Last I watched was Fooly Cooly. It was good. =D

I loved Elfen Lied for its story, the blood was a bonus. =P
P-chan- I need to finish Gundam SEED, I never finished it for some reason. I enjoyed it though.
And on the topic of the last anime I watched...I'm picking up on...Speed Racer *shot* >_>

Even the ending to the manga made me sob rivers, though I liked it more than the anime's ending. ;_;
