Anyone played these games? there are four in the main series (all for PS2)(in order):
Onimusha: Warlords
Onimusha 2: Samurai's Destiny
Onimusha 3: Demon Siege
Onimusha: Dawn of Dreams
Basically, you control the main character who Is a Samurai from Japan during the Age of Warring States (and you also control some other characters now and then) and yougo through the story fighting Different kinds of Demons.
The main character has a Magical gaunlet that can absorb the souls of the demons, which can heal him or be used to power up magical weapons (swords, naginatas, axes, spears (and one character uses special Whip weapons) that you obtain (usually you get 3 or 4, except in Dawn of Dreams). You can also use powerful magical attacks to kill the demons.
They're really fun. 1 and 2 aren't really all that great, especially once you play 3 and DoD. I really hope Capcom keeps making them, cause they keep getting better as they go along.
Anyway, I suggest you look into them if you've never played them.
