My computer crashed and I could only get it working again by installing Ubuntu, which only has/had one AIM-compatible client, but it was horridly unreliable. I also have Ubuntu 12.04.1 LTS, and for IM, I use Pidgin. What version of Ubuntu are you using?
I also agree with the motion of a private Facebook group [now that I finally have Facebook after god-only-knows-how-long-of-leaving-it-behind]. |
