I kinda stopped playing my trumpet, similar to the language thing. It was a blast in high school, but in high school I was playing with my friends and I was (relatively) awesome at it. I played for a bit in college but I didn't know or really like the people that much, and I was terrible compared to all the music majors. And it's just not my focus to get better, it won't be my career haha.

I miss my violin/viola/electric guitar so much
it's especially painful when I listen to falcom jdk band's music
I missed my piano so much that I bought a keyboard for christmas
/sobs uncontrollably

I wish I played an instrument. I have a guitar, but I don't have the time or patience to learn how to play it. My friend was going to teach me, but it hasn't gone anywhere yet.

My friend and I learned how to play Wonderwall together. I'm better at working the chords but terrible at strumming, while he's good at strumming but terrible at the chords. So I play the left hand and he plays the right hand. Another friend plays the egg shaker. We wanna practice and play at open mics XD

oh god i totally missed this thread
HI GUYS I MISS YOU ALL
last four years have been pretty terrible tbh. first year of college really hurt my ability to trust people and i kinda withdrew from society for the rest of my time in college. i've been swinging up and down out of suicidal depression for the last two years or so because of Bad Things that i think only ari really knows about but that's okay i haven't killed myself yet
at least on a non-personal level things are going better :3 i'm finishing up my chemical engineering degree this semester and my english degree during the summer and trying to go to korea to teach english over the summer. i got accepted into the phd program at berkeley and at georgia tech so i'm deciding between the two but heavily leaning towards sunny california
i've also started typing like a retard help
