I gave up on Inuyasha a long time ago. XD;; I could never keep up with all their episodes.
And weird, I was just talking about the DB series with my friend today, and we kept ranting about FUUUUSIOOOON HAAAAAAAA.

I think InuYasha seriously over-rated. o.o;

Inuyasha is incorrectly labeled as a "shounen" anime. >_> Psh. Shounen my butt. As someone whose name I can't recall once put it, "it's freaking DBZ for GIRLS!"

If we're on the topic of shonen anime, I must say that I prefer shonen anime way more compared to shojo stuff. I find some shojo stuff really boring and incredibly corny. >.>;; I guess I like some of it, though.
Edit: @ari: I'm not even sure. xD;;

What's the difference between Shounen and Shojo? o.O;

What's the difference between Shounen and Shojo? o.O; Shounen = Targeted for guys, so I guess just like action and stuff. Shoujo = targeted for girls, so that focuses more on romance.

Shonen is anime/manga directed at a male audience, and shojo is for girls, I guess.
Edit: Busan ninja'd me. D:

Ah, in that case, I prefer Shounen. ^-^; The only Shojo I've really gotten into is Fruits Basket.

xD Lots of girls prefer shonen, which isn't actually weird, but apparently it's odd for guys to like shojo, from what I've seen. >.>;;

Well, that's understandable. It's like guys taking an interest in Barbies or something.

Edit: Busan ninja'd me. D: I've been doing that too often. Looking at IY I can see how it can be considered Shounen at first glance, but it's really more Shoujo. >_> EDIT: Yeah, it's entirely socially acceptable for girls to be a tomboy or just like guy stuff. The other way around, just isn't seen as socially acceptable. And they're usually labeled as gay.
